How to organize bills around paychecks

A month can look affordable while one week is short. Start with dates and amounts so you can see when bills need paying.

  1. Add your pay schedules

Record the usual amounts and official paydays. With Plus, you can also configure early availability. The available date tells you when you can use the money; it does not automatically move funding to an earlier Bill Sheet.

  2. Set up your Bill Sheet dates

Use your household’s pay-period setup to define the date ranges. You do not need to assign each bill to a paycheck.

  3. Add bills with their due dates

Enter recurring bills and amounts. Use a planned payment date if you intend to pay on another day, while keeping the original due date in the bill details.

  4. Check each period

Review the income and bills in the current sheet. With Plus, look at future sheets too. If early pay appears as a purple preview, choose “Use in this Bill Sheet” only when you want to allocate some of it there.
