Support
Use Report a Problem inside the app whenever you can. In-app reports include the app and device details we need to investigate.
In the app
Open the ⋮ menu, choose Help, then Report a Problem. You decide whether to attach a screenshot, and can review it before sending.
Before sharing a screenshot, check it for account numbers, balances, passwords, or other information you do not want support staff to see.

What is the difference between Available Now and After Everything?
Available Now is what you can spend before your next paycheck lands. After Everything is what is left once every bill, Spending Plan, Goal, Hold, and paycheck on the Bill Sheet is counted.
Why is the box border red?
One of the two amounts is below $0. Open the Bill Sheet and tap Cover the Gap to see your options.
How do I update my balances?
Tap Check Balances in the three-dot menu and type today’s balance for each account.
What does Not Cleared mean?
You paid it, but it is not showing in your bank yet. It still counts until you mark it Cleared. You can swipe a bill to move it between Still Coming, Not Cleared, and Cleared.
Does moving a bill change its due date?
No. Due dates never move. Moving only changes which paycheck or Bill Sheet you plan to pay it from.
Can I pay a bill from a later paycheck?
Yes. Tap the bill and choose Move to Bill Sheet, or use Adjust to try it before saving.
My paycheck landed early. What do I do?
Tap it on the timeline and choose In Bank. The next Bill Sheet opens early so its bills can be paid now, and Which Bill Sheet uses it lets you use some of it on this one.
Why is my paycheck missing or wrong?
Paychecks come from Pay Schedule in the three-dot menu. Check the pay dates and amount there.
How do I share my household with someone?
Open the menu, choose People & Invites, and send an invite. Sharing is free on Basic for two people.
What does Mark Bills Done do?
It saves a snapshot that you reviewed the Bill Sheet and its balances. It does not mark bills paid.
