Pre-release software
OurBills is pre-release household bill-planning software. Features, calculations, screens, data structures, and availability may change. Bugs, incomplete areas, interruptions, and data loss may occur. Alpha access is limited and is not guaranteed.
Not financial advice or a payment service
OurBills does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice and does not pay bills or move money. Projections depend on the information you provide. You remain responsible for checking account balances, bill amounts, due dates, planned payment dates, available funds, and every financial decision or transaction.
Account security
Provide accurate contact information, keep your credentials confidential, and use a password you do not reuse elsewhere. Notify support@ourbillsapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for sign-in.
Household sharing
If you join or invite someone to a shared household, members may be able to view and change household planning information. Invite only people you trust and review household access when circumstances change.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to OurBills systems;
- upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit abusive or unlawful content;
- use OurBills to violate another person’s rights or applicable law; or
- circumvent security, rate limits, testing access controls, or account restrictions.
Testing features and changes
Some features or builds may be identified as alpha, beta, preview, or otherwise pre-release. They may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. OurBills may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Feedback
If you send feedback, you allow OurBills to use it to understand, improve, and develop the product without an obligation to implement a suggestion or compensate you.
Ownership
OurBills and its software, product design, brand, and related materials remain the property of their respective owner. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the private alpha while your access remains active.
Availability and disclaimers
OurBills is provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular financial decision. Keep independent access to the bill, bank, and payment information needed to manage your obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OurBills is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use, interruption, inaccurate inputs, missed obligations, or reliance on projections. Rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using OurBills or request account deletion. Access may be suspended or ended to protect users or the service, address misuse, or comply with law. These terms may be revised as OurBills changes; the effective date will be updated when revisions are published.
