What is a Bill Sheet?

A Bill Sheet brings your bills, income, account balances, and money set aside into one place. Open it to see what needs paying and how much is expected to remain.

01

Start with a date range

Your household’s pay-period setup defines the Bill Sheet dates. Bills are grouped within those dates; they are not assigned to individual paychecks. Basic includes current and previous Bill Sheets.

02

Understand Available

Available is the estimate for the selected Bill Sheet, not simply the amount in your bank. Open “Why this amount?” to see the balances, income, bills, Goals, and Holds included, and which bills need attention before more income arrives.

03

Change when you plan to pay

If you need to pay a bill on another day, record a planned payment date. The original due date stays in the bill details. Changing a date in OurBills does not change your agreement with the bill provider.
