A Hold sets money aside in your plan so it is not treated as available for other spending. A Carry-Forward Hold can keep that money reserved across Bill Sheets.
Review what you set aside
Goals and Holds contribute to the Bill Sheet calculation. They are planning records: creating one does not move money into a savings account or stop a bank transaction.
