Choose the accounts to include

Add the accounts you use for household planning and choose which balances contribute to Available. Basic allows two active accounts; Plus allows unlimited accounts.

Check your bank first

OurBills does not automatically sync your bank transactions. Update a balance when you review it so the current Bill Sheet starts with the money shown in that account.

Check payments as they clear

A payment can be marked paid before it appears in your bank balance. Keep it pending until it clears, then mark it cleared and review the account balance.
